I have been playing tennis passionately for over 25 years and love to overcome challenges.
I like to put together optimal teams to meet the needs of players and clubs.
Having been a manager of a successful team myself for a number of years, I know the feeling of looking for players for your own team and how difficult it can be to find players who fit the profile you are looking for.
This can be very nerve-wracking and cost a lot of energy. However, the joy outweighs the stress when good players are signed up who fit the format excellently and great successes can be celebrated together as a team.
